About Nathalie

After having worked as a multilingual administrative assistant (French, English, Spanish spoken fluently and German very well) for more than 12 years in Switzerland and in the United States, I have also dedicated myself to teaching French as a foreign language since 2010, first voluntarily then professionally. Over the last few years, I have gained a lot of experience in teaching private lessons (via Skype or in person) and classes with learners from A0 level (total beginners) to B1 (intermediate level) in Switzerland and in Peru. I am currently studying in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, to become a FSEA / Eurolta Foreign Language certified Trainer in October 2018.

I promote various activities and methods (presentation, demonstration and assimilation) that respond to the specific needs of the learner and his / her learning profile. These will enable the student to take an active part in the course, where interaction and personal investment are essential, and will help him/her become a self-driven learner so that he can reach his full potential and objectives as soon as possible. Activities will also be selected based on language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing skills) that the learner wishes to improve. The course materials can be a textbook, authentic documents (written, audio or audiovisual) or ICT (information and communication technologies of education). My classes are for children, teenagers and adults of all levels and nationalities.
