My educational background includes compulsory and voluntary education. I have a social sciences degree in media and communications, which incorporated aspects of psychology, cultural studies and politics. Prior to this I also achieved qualifications in journalism, photography, graphics, ICT & English.
Currently I have experience in teaching BTEC qualifications in Media, Creative Productions, Digital Media, and have also tutored learners through NVQ's in various courses.
As a person I am highly creative and enjoy spending my spare time learning about different cultures, the arts and cookery. As a parent I am also well equipped with the pressures of dealing with the national curriculum from the perspective of a parent.
