About Zaria
My interest in economics began when I first studied how economic systems influence the development of societies and the distribution of resources. I became interested in understanding how government policies, global trade, and market behavior affect economic stability and growth. This curiosity encouraged me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and later complete a Master’s in Economics.
Over the past 7 years, I have worked with students who wanted to improve their understanding of both microeconomic and macroeconomic principles. Through teaching experience, I learned that many students struggle with economics when theories are explained only in abstract terms. Because of this, I focus on connecting economic ideas with real examples and current economic events.
My teaching approach encourages discussion, careful analysis, and clear reasoning. I aim to create a learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring different economic perspectives. Helping learners understand how economic decisions influence everyday life and global markets is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my teaching work.

My economics lessons focus on helping students understand how economic systems function and how financial decisions influence markets and societies. Economics studies how people allocate limited resources and how businesses, governments, and individuals interact within markets. In my lessons, I explain economic principles in a structured and practical way so students can clearly understand how theory connects with real-world economic situations.
Lessons usually begin with the foundational ideas of economics such as scarcity, opportunity cost, and the relationship between supply and demand. These concepts help students understand how markets determine prices and how economic choices are made. Once these core ideas are established, students explore consumer behavior, production decisions, and different types of market structures.
As learners progress, lessons also include topics such as inflation, unemployment, national income, and economic policies that influence growth and stability. Students learn how economists interpret data and analyze trends in different sectors of the economy. My goal is to help learners develop strong analytical thinking so they can understand economic events and evaluate financial information with confidence.
