My motto is to be friendly, patient and explain the student a lecture even hundred times until I make sure he/she knows it :)
- firstly, I will need to find out what is his/her current knowledge of a language
- going "deeply" into the topics, and using lots of examples to make it easy for student to get familiar with and adapt to a new grammar: so he/she will be able not just to remember it but also use it in the practise
- at the end of each lecture I will give student a little homework: so I will make sure if the student knows it and what needs to be still improved
All my previous students were satisfied with my teaching practise. Based on their progress after each lecture it made me sure that my techniques are really working :)
