Methodology
My first step is to find out how much knowledge do the students have regarding the subject or topic the day.
Secondly, I structure lesson according to the knowledge they have on the subject with the help of videos and pictures I teach them the material section by section.
Thirdly, during the lesson I take note of work the they mostly struggle with and help them understand it better.
Fourthly, we review the whole lesson and they share with me their understanding.
Lastly, I give them my feedback and notes on what to work on for when we meet again.
Background
I completed both my undergraduate and postgraduate at the University of Johannesburg, my highest qualification is an Honours degree in Economics. I am currently working as a teacher's assistant at a school with learners with special education needs. My duties include; helping with the lesson plan, helping learners that don't understand the material and helping with the management of the classroom.
