About Freddie
Having fallen in love with programming three years ago, I believe there is so much joy and confidence to gain from learning at least one language. It helps evolve your problem-solving skills like no other, and your technical confidence.
I want to make sure that every student feels like they accomplished something, no matter how small it is. Learning is about progress and I will be celebrating every small step you take. Be it with a syllabus or just curiosity, I'm here to answer all your questions as best I can.
As I'm relatively new to tutoring, I don't charge a high price, as I also want to make it as affordable as possible for people to learn something as complex as programming.

My approach to a lesson is the same to any challenging task - we'll break down into the easiest possible size for you and then tackle it. With this approach, there will be no problem too challenging for you, and I'll be there to guide you in a positive way the whole time. I aim to make my lessons as enjoyable as possible and am very patient.
With programming languages being very similar, I will not only be teaching you the language of your choice but how to be confident, efficient and creative with it!
My lessons are aimed at beginners, with scope to move into intermediate in some languages. These lessons would be suitable for either GCSE students or adult beginners. I want to give you the best possible start to your programming journey, so don't hesitate to get in contact with me if you have any questions.
I have a degree in Economics from the University of Sheffield, but I discovered my passion for programming three years ago. Ever since then, I have been using C++ to design video games and game engines.
