About Luca
I am an experienced Flute teacher with more than 5 years of teaching experience. I teach School students, College students, and working professionals who want to learn flute in a structured and supportive environment.
My tutoring method focuses on strong musical foundations. I train students in breath control, finger coordination, tone quality, rhythm accuracy, and musical interpretation. Lessons are planned carefully to ensure steady and confident improvement.
I place great importance on communication and regular practice. I explain techniques clearly and give demonstrations when needed. Accountability is maintained through progress reviews and honest feedback. Integrity guides my teaching approach.
In addition to flute training, I also teach music theory, sight reading, rhythm exercises, and performance preparation. I help students prepare for exams, auditions, and recitals.
My unique skill is motivating students to stay consistent and confident. I aim to create a positive, disciplined, and encouraging learning environment.

My flute teaching methodology emphasises Communication, Creativity, and Flexibility, offering students a structured yet inspiring learning experience. I begin by assessing each student’s skill level, goals, and learning style, tailoring lessons to their unique needs. Communication is key—I explain techniques such as posture, breath control, fingering, articulation, phrasing, and sight-reading in a clear, step-by-step way, encouraging questions and interaction to build confidence and engagement.
Creativity is at the heart of my teaching. I encourage students to explore improvisation, develop unique interpretations of pieces, and experiment with melodies, fostering both technical skill and artistic expression. Flexibility allows lessons to be adjusted based on the student’s progress, interests, and challenges, ensuring a personalised and motivating learning experience.
Alongside flute performance, I teach music theory, rhythm exercises, sight-reading, and ear training to develop well-rounded musicianship. My methodology ensures students achieve technical proficiency, expressive ability, and confidence, while fostering a lifelong love for music and a personal connection to their instrument.
