About Kristy
With over 30 years of experience in early childhood education, I am dedicated to nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. My journey began as a Mothercraft Nurse in the early 90s and has taken me through diverse educational settings, including Long Day Care, Family Day Care, and University-based teaching.
I believe in the power of lifelong learning, which is why I've expanded my expertise with Graduate Diplomas in Early Childhood and Leadership, along with a Certificate IV in TAE. My personalised approach is tailored to meet your unique needs, ensuring you thrive in a supportive and enriching learning space.
Rita Pierson emphasised that every child needs a champion, an adult who believes in them and understands the power of connection. She famously stated, "Kids don't learn from people they don't like," highlighting the importance of personal connections in education. Her message is that every child deserves someone who will never give up on them and insists they become the best they can be. Let me help you be that person.
