About June
I am a dedicated piano tutor with more than 7+ years of teaching experience, working with students from school, college, and professional backgrounds. I believe that learning piano should be structured, enjoyable, and rewarding. My teaching methodology emphasises patience, clear communication, and personalised guidance.
I assess each student’s level, strengths, and goals, and design lessons that strengthen fundamentals such as finger technique, hand coordination, rhythm, and sight-reading. I also incorporate music theory, ear training, and rhythm exercises to ensure students develop well-rounded musicianship.
Lessons are engaging, practical, and creative, often including song-based exercises, improvisation, and performance practice. I specialise in simplifying complex concepts and motivating students to develop confidence, consistent practice routines, and a love for music. My ultimate goal is to create a supportive and inspiring environment where students feel encouraged to reach their full musical potential.

I follow a flexible and adaptive teaching approach that prioritises each student’s individual learning style and pace. I believe that every student has unique strengths, challenges, and musical interests. Through effective communication, I build a strong understanding of their goals and provide guidance and feedback tailored to their needs. This creates a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes growth and confidence.
Creativity is emphasised in every lesson. Students are encouraged to explore improvisation, compose their own music, and experiment with musical expression beyond just technical skills. Flexibility in lesson planning ensures that students can learn comfortably, whether they are beginners learning basic notes or advanced learners tackling complex compositions.
In addition to piano, I teach relevant subjects such as music theory, rhythm, sight-reading, and ear training, which help students develop a comprehensive understanding of music. By combining technical training with creative exploration, students not only improve their piano skills but also gain the confidence to perform and enjoy music independently. My aim is to make learning piano a fulfilling, inspiring, and enjoyable journey for every student.
