About Nandhinii
I read law at Durham and completed an MSc in Law and Finance at the London School of Economics with Distinction.
What I'm most proud of isn't a single grade. It's that I improved every single year, from my first term at Durham through to my master's at LSE, despite not coming from a traditional A-level or IB background.
Along the way I:
Finished top of my Company Law cohort of 200+ students
Earned a first-class mark on my dissertation on insider dealing regulation
Built from an unfamiliar starting point to a genuinely competitive one
So if you're worried you're "behind," I've been there, and I can show you the way through.
A bit of experience behind the teaching:
I've mentored students through Zero Gravity, supporting people from non-traditional backgrounds into top universities
I've taught English with an NGO, so guiding, encouraging, and building confidence is second nature to me
I currently work as a legal analyst summarising regulatory updates from bodies like the FCA and EBA
I've previously worked in financial-promotions compliance for an ESG hedge fund and in data protection and AI regulation
In other words, the corporate and financial law I teach isn't abstract theory to me. It's what I do every day.
Outside of law:
I grew up in Abu Dhabi and spent my university years in Durham, so I'm equally at home across cultures and academic systems. Outside of work, you'll find me running, in the gym, or buried in a book. I bring that same energy and curiosity to every session, because I want tutoring with me to feel less like a chore and more like working alongside someone who's genuinely in your corner.

Hi, I'm Nandhinii.
My specialism is the corporate and financial side of law:
Company law
Securities regulation
Financial crime
The commercial modules students most often find intimidating
That said, I tutor right across the legal syllabus, and I care just as much about how you learn as what we cover.
I also take the time to actually get to know my students: how you think, where you get stuck, and what motivates you. I tailor every session accordingly, and no two students get the same lesson plan from me.
