About Bongiwe
I have 26 years of Physics teaching experience. For 20 years I taught NSC Physical Science in South Africa. In the last 6 years I have been teaching abroad IGCSE/AS and Advanced Placement Physics (Algebra -based as well as Calculus - based) .

During lesson preparation I ensure that it will be effective and inclusive. I will look at the students’ needs and learning styles and thus prepare lessons accordingly. I implement preventive and supportive behavioural strategies more than corrective.
I believe learning is a natural phenomenon. as a result, there's always active learning in my classroom, whether it is using virtual break-out rooms, "Think-Pair-Share" or small groups in face-to-face settings.
From my own educational experiences, I know how valuable teacher encouragement and motivation is to help improve one's confidence in a subject, so I always acknowledge my students' victories, whether big or small.
