About Finn
My name is Finn O'Reilly, I am a Dublin born Guitarist, performing musician, composer, and proud teacher. I began teaching privately during my final year in DCU (Jazz and Contemporary Music Performance) which is where I discovered my love of teaching. Since then I have worked full-time as a teacher and performer, having worked in several schools and privately. I pride myself on my student retention over the years, with some being with me for over 6 years. My student-centered approach means I take care to learn about the student and focus the lessons on their needs. There is no one size fits all in music, and I make it my goal to mold the lessons as comfortably to the student as possible.

My lessons are all private one on one classes which are entirely student centred!
I strongly believe in fostering a comfortable, relaxed and fun environment to develop student's skills and love of the instrument.
Whatever music the student loves and wishes to learn will be taken into account when learning, as well as their motivations and personal learning styles.
I have been complimented on my gentle and encouraging nature in class, something I work very hard to maintain for every single student, no matter the level!
Lessons generally last 45 mins and take place in my home studio in Dublin 10 or on Zoom.
