l am a professional personal trainer and Dancer with more than 20 years experience with effective teaching and methods to make the learning expeirence fun and safe, while achieving the set goals.
Currently situated in Tampa FLorida.
Teaching online classes around the Tampa Bay area, also private/franchised fitness and dance studios.
Anyone can become disciplined to achieve their goal, but 1 must believe change is possible.
