About Candace
I earned a BFA and MA in Art History and currently earning a MA In Women's Studies and a PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies. I have tutored for 4 years. I have worked with a wide variety of backgrounds--such as architecture, fashion design, mechanical engineering, advertising, creative writing, industrial design, painting, economic students--, undergraduates, and graduates. I do group and individual tutoring sessions.

My teaching method is assessing a student's knowledge and competency in the subject before beginning our tutoring sessions. It is very important that each session is individualized for each student. I structure each session by reviewing the prior sessions learning outcomes and streamline it into the current session. By doing so, the student will have a refresher on past lectures and readings to help them understand how each topic relate in the class that they request tutoring for.
