About Christine

I am Dr. Christine Sanford, an educator with more than seven years of experience in K–12 education, higher education, curriculum development, and instructional design. I hold a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Health Professions, a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Orthopedic Rehabilitation, and both bachelor's and associate degrees in Exercise Science.

Throughout my career, I have taught first, fourth, and fifth grades, high school biology, and undergraduate college courses. I also served as a federal Instructional Systems Specialist, where I developed curricula, designed instructional materials, and evaluated educational programs. My professional qualifications include Quality Matters certification and extensive experience with academic research, scholarly writing, and APA 7 formatting.

I am currently pursuing an additional master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, reflecting my continued commitment to understanding human development, learning, and student success.

I take pride in creating a supportive, respectful, and academically rigorous learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, addressing challenges, and developing confidence in their abilities. My goal is not simply to help students complete assignments, but to equip them with the knowledge, critical thinking skills, and academic independence necessary for long-term success.
