About Maddy
I have been running for 11 years, starting in middle school. I have come back from injury, sickness, and drama during my running career. I focus on the mental side of running- it is a challenging sport and your mind is half the battle. I have run at 8 WIAA track and cross country conference meets, 2 WIAA state meets, 6 NSIC cross country and track conference meets, 1 NCAA nationals meet.

I will listen to their current training and implement changes that will help them succeed. I have trained under multiple coaches and know that getting good at running is very personal. One solution does not fit all. I will teach any age group.
