About MaryAnne
I have been in several different LAMDA classes and have gotten distinctions all the way through Grades 1 to 8 in Public Speaking. I also excelled in GCSE English Language and Literature achieving a 9 in both subjects. My creativity when it comes to spoken language is very strong, as I have lots of experience writing speeches to deliver to a variety of audiences, for different purposes as Chaplaincy Prefect at a Catholic school.

Depending on the grade, I teach the theory and biology behind what is required of you when you deliver a speech, namely projection and articulation. I also help with writing speeches and tailoring it to your target audience. We will do some demonstration of improvised conversation as well, to build confidence - you will initially pick the topic until you feel comfortable enough to try one you don't know.
