Alyssa is very knowledgeable in her sport, having had many years of competition and training herself, she makes for an excellent coach! Since I started with Alyssa, she has helped me gain not only strength and stamina, but confidence in my training and ability to correct my habits and reach my goals. She is very supportive of her clients and I have loved working with her!
