About Talia
With 14 years of tutoring experience, I specialise in teaching piano to students of all ages, from school and college students to working professionals. My teaching philosophy is centred around patience, encouragement, and creating a supportive learning environment where every student feels valued and motivated. I believe that learning piano should be both enjoyable and rewarding, so I focus on building strong foundational skills while helping students explore their musical creativity. In my lessons, I adapt to each student’s individual learning style and goals. Whether you’re looking to play classical music, jazz, pop, or improve your music theory, I tailor lessons to match your interests. Over the years, I’ve helped numerous students achieve their musical goals, from passing exams to performing in public. I also provide additional guidance in related subjects like music theory and ear training, helping students become well-rounded musicians. Through consistent support and encouragement, I help students overcome challenges and stay motivated. My goal is not only to teach piano but also to foster a deep passion for music that lasts a lifetime. Additionally, I can teach subjects related to music, such as music theory and ear training, to provide a well-rounded education.
