About Chelsea
Im a professional artist who has a background in mental health challenges. Art is powerful, it has been key to many people's recovery from various ilnesses alongside professional teatment.
I am NOT a mental health professional, but I am an art tutor that can come alongside anyone who wants to discover how art can improve their wellbing.

For art therapy, it is less teachy, but rather exploring different art mediums, observing different artworks, observing when we are happy with our work and when we are unhappy with our artwork.
I have several workbooks which we can work through activities together and therefore enrich our wellbeing through art.
