About Lydia
My teaching approach to Piano is centered around creating a supportive and engaging environment where students can thrive. I am a dedicated Piano tutor with 3 years of experience teaching High School and College students. During this time, I have successfully guided around 150 students, helping them improve their skills in performance, theory, and composition. My goal is to make learning piano enjoyable and meaningful while building a strong musical foundation.
My teaching philosophy focuses on understanding each student’s unique learning style and goals. I create personalized lessons that balance technique, creativity, and musical expression. I encourage students to explore different genres, develop sight-reading and ear training skills, and express themselves confidently through music.
I take pride in seeing my students achieve milestones, whether it’s performing on stage, excelling in exams, or composing their own pieces.
