About Milner
I approach swimming instruction with attentiveness and plenty of encouragement. Rather than expecting every learner to progress in exactly the same way, I observe individual movement and adjust explanations accordingly. Demonstrations make unfamiliar techniques easier to understand, while timely feedback helps you recognize progress, correct habits, and become increasingly comfortable and capable in the water.

From your first comfortable float to longer, more controlled lengths, we can build each ability progressively. Time in the pool may include water confidence, breathing rhythm, kicking, body alignment, stroke development, turns, coordination, and stamina. Exercises are adjusted as you improve, keeping the work purposeful while allowing enough repetition to reinforce new movements.
