About Linxi

I graduated from fashion courses at the Royal College of Art and London College of Fashion. Now, I am a visiting lecturer at both universities and abroad. With 8 years of teaching experience, I am deeply passionate about education. My expertise lies in fashion technology, particularly in creating digital fashion wearables using software such as CLO 3D, Blender, Spark AR, Lens Studio, and Unreal Engine. Additionally, I have skills in garment technology, including knitting, digital pattern cutting, and 3D fitting. As an artist, I have collaborated with numerous leading companies and agencies across various industries to push the boundaries of digital fashion and technology. As a teacher, I successfully coached more than 10 students got the offer from London College of Fashion, Central Saint Martins and Royal College of Art. I thoroughly enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill levels, with my favourite aspect of the job being inspiring others and helping them grasp the intricacies of 3D fashion. Whether you're looking to upskill, learn new techniques, or have questions about portfolio preparation or 3D software, I am here to help!

About the lesson

In our first lesson, we will customise the class according to your specific goals. Together, we will create a detailed plan to ensure that we make the most of our time together and help you achieve your objectives within the limited lessons available. Whether you are a beginner or at an advanced level in 3D software and fashion design, I will guide you through any challenges you may encounter and provide tailored solutions. By the end of our sessions, you will have mastered the skills with a creative mindset. My teaching approach is idea-oriented and inspirational. I will encourage you to explore and develop your own design identity, fostering creativity and innovation. The lessons will cover a range of topics, including: Digital Fashion (CLO3D, Spark AR, Lens Studio) 3D Design (Blender, Unreal Engine) Portfolio Preparation Together, we will work towards your goal and achieve creative outcomes!

Linxi helped me a lot with fashion portfolio preparation for universities. She guided me through design ideation, development and production. She’s very good technically, especially when I had a design idea that I didn’t know how to visualise in 3D, she taught me to use a mix of 3D software to create my ideal piece.
