About Vanessa
Graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Granada, Spain. Throughout my professional career I have worked in different fields including Clinical Nutrition, providing diet therapy services to patients for the dietary treatment of pathologies. I have also worked with phytotherapy , adding to the consultation the use of plants and natural products. In my last position as a Health Scientist in the Netherlands, I worked on the creation and development of a mobile application to improve the quality of life of our users through the practical teaching of topics such as exercise, nutrition, relaxation, mental training and well-being.
I currently work in my own Nutritional practice “Nutrición Consciente” where I combine Dietetics with Couching in Minful-eating.

I am committed to share with you different knowledge in the field of Human Nutrition, Dietetics and Health Sciences. Covering different areas of knowledge such as Diet therapy, Clinical Nutrition, nutritional re-education, sports diets and specific nutritional treatments such as vegetarianism, veganism, sustainable eating and nutritional education workshops. I can also share how to teach Nutritional Coaching in the field of mindfulness though practical and theoretical knowledge.
