About Vasantha Lakshmi
Yoga for me is more than the physical practice, it is the self-discipline that is manifested in the healthy body. Yoga helps to balance the energies in our body to bring our system to a certain level of symmetry where everything comes to solace. Regular practice of yoga creates certain awareness within which will help to take yoga off the mat and brings the real personality change.
