About Medhavi Srivastava
I love working with children and have an inclination towards making them self relient for their future. My main aim is not only to teach them a subject in a conventional way but also make them understand the importance of the subject and how to use the knowledge in their real life. I use experiential education which helps the student understand the motive behind studies. I show compassion towards my students and understand their understanding level before introducing them to a topic. I feel it is important to know a child before making him/her know the subject. My way of teaching differs from student to student. I believe each child is different and unique and therefore method used for teaching should also be different for different child. I also indulge in progress check which involves assessments, assignments and most importantly check ins with the student where we have conversation in order to receive feedbacks.
