About Paula
Hi! I'm a university student currently working toward a bachelor's degree in Communication. I have been working in customer service for about four years as a university student ambassador, cashier/barista, and as a student leader in a study abroad program where I helped international students practice and improve their English. I also have a double major in Theater, where I developed my performance and public speaking skills. I have given countless presentations in school and have spoken to thousands of customers and students throughout my career, so I am sure I can help build your confidence and improve your public speaking in a friendly, supportive space where you can learn at your own pace.
