About Isabella
With a Bachelor of Music in Songwriting (Voice Primary) and more than 5 years of teaching experience, I help singers connect artistry with technology. My lessons integrate DAWs, vocal processors, and studio microphones, giving students practical studio skills alongside vocal training. I specialise in teaching vocal looping, live electronic performance, and layering techniques. These methods allow singers to create dynamic and original vocal arrangements. My teaching focuses on genres like R&B, Soul, Acoustic Pop, and Contemporary Christian. I guide students in lyric interpretation, ensuring authentic emotional delivery. Tone shaping and phrasing are key parts of my method, helping each singer stand out. I also place a strong emphasis on harmonies and how to use them effectively. Hobbyists benefit from supportive guidance that builds confidence, while aspiring recording artists gain professional skills. Every lesson is engaging, structured, and tailored to student goals. My aim is to inspire creativity and technical strength in equal measure. Singing is a journey of self-expression, and technology opens new doors. I teach singing with a strong focus on ensemble performance and choir readiness. My methodology blends choral singing, part-singing, sight-reading, and vocal blending into every lesson. Students learn how to listen actively while singing, making the group sound richer and more connected. I’m very good with The Orchestra Member and The Crossover Artist, guiding them to adapt easily between group and solo work. I place strong emphasis on sight-reading skills, so singers are never lost when facing a new score. I also show how to balance and blend voices for a unified sound. My lessons encourage sensitivity to dynamics and tone colour. Group activities focus on cooperation and musical trust. I believe singing together builds both confidence and community. Each student learns their importance in the choir’s harmony. My approach is practical, encouraging, and results-driven. With time, you’ll grow into a reliable and expressive choir member. Together, we’ll make every performance sound complete.
