About Valdo

Hello everyone! My name is Valdo, I come from Lisbon, and I am very excited to teach you UX design. I have a degree in Multimedia Design and about 10 years of experience working in design and UX. My curiosity inspired me to keep learning and to open up this avenue of discovery. I love nature, games, puzzles, and everything that work in our mind. I started my experience as a UX designer in a start-up and since then have been working for different types of companies. I find it amazing how much we can learn and evolve by having different experiences and working with different methodologies. Thinking is key. It’s important that you can think inside and outside the box for the best solution.

About the lesson

Thinking is key.
It’s important that you can think inside and outside the box for the best solution.

My classes will focus on UX, methodologies, and best practices.
I like to focus on which skills we need to improve.
To help you improve it, I use videos, audio, articles, and games with interesting topics which will motivate you to love UX.
We will use exercises and use cases for practicing real-life work.

My classes are for those who are starting now as UX designers and also for those who already work in this field and want to improve in some area.

Last weeks I saw a huge improvement on my skills in assessment of problems and changed my way of looking into design. I find my UI a lot more effective, respecting readability and color contrast.
