About Margaret
I am a UX/UI design professional with a degree in Interaction Design and Marketing and a proven track record of applying user-centered design principles across high-profile institutions and agencies. My experience spans strategic creative work at Power Digital Marketing Agency, where I developed data-driven campaigns for major CPG brands, and impactful roles at the Smithsonian Institute, U.S. House of Representatives, and the Embassy of Jordan. In these positions, I've led branding initiatives, crafted user engagement strategies, and analyzed audience behavior to optimize digital experiences across multiple platforms. As Lead User Experience and Graphic Design Instructor at Lavner Education, I developed and delivered comprehensive curricula teaching core UX concepts, including journey mapping, user personas, and design research—to students while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on projects.
