About Lauren
I am a dance graduate and have worked with a variety of age groups especially young adults and primary school ages.
More recently I’ve been involved with wedding choreography and have choreographed for schools and youth groups in the community .
I’ve been teaching on and off for a few years and am always looking for new ventures and challenges!

My teaching technique can vary as I try and gage how my student is as a person and how they work.
Sometimes a stimulus can help the process for example a picture, artwork, music
I think dance and music go hand in hand and a lot of my choreography emphasises musicality.
In terms of technique I use a range of exercises and routines to train the body to its best ability.
Merging fitness and strength with a good understanding of technique forms the basis for a perfect performer.

Lauren, is a great tutor!
