About Amanda

I’m a teacher with BA Degree and PGCE Qualifications. I teach history and IsiXhosa as my major. I have been a tutor in varsity 2 years back and I started working in a school 2020. I tutored history in my varsity days.

About the lesson

I prefer a Student-Centered Approach to Learning. I believe that students should play the same role as me because it is their education and they have every right to take part in their learning process.

My role is to coach and facilitate student learning and overall comprehension of material, and to measure student learning through both formal and informal forms of assessment, like group projects, student portfolios, and class participation.
