About Alice
I’ve been supporting people to find more ease, clarity and a greater sense of aliveness for nearly 20 years.
I am a trained yoga teacher and Yoga Nidra facilitator, with additional training in holistic wellbeing and EFT. My approach brings together these practices in a simple, grounded way that helps people step out of overwhelm and feel more steady, clear, and connected.
Rather than trying to fix or push change, I focus on creating the conditions where your system can settle and reset — allowing shifts to happen more naturally.
