About Zoya
I am a dedicated piano tutor with 9 years of experience and a degree in Sacred Music with a Piano and Organ focus. My passion lies in historical piano styles. I teach ragtime, stride, and early jazz with a practical approach.
Lessons are structured but flexible. I focus on technique, timing, and musical expression. Students learn how to bring life into their playing. It’s about more than just notes.
I work with school-aged learners and adults alike. Each student receives personalized guidance. Together, we develop skill, confidence, and a love for these timeless styles.

I focus on teaching piano in a practical and modern way. My goal is to help students play their favorite songs with confidence. Lessons are clear and easy to follow.
I teach pop piano techniques, including chord voicings and patterns. Playing by ear is an important skill in my lessons. It helps students learn faster.
I also guide students in arranging contemporary music. This allows them to create their own sound. Creativity is encouraged.
I work closely with adult learners and pop-focused students. I support them in building confidence and skill. Together, we unlock the secrets of pop piano.
