About Brodie
I am a dedicated French tutor with 8 years of experience teaching High School and College students, and I have successfully taught around 150 to 200 students. My teaching philosophy is to combine understanding with practical application so that students can use the language confidently.
I believe that learning should be interactive and enjoyable, so I include discussions, examples, and activities in my sessions. I focus on improving grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills equally. I also support students in exam preparation and help them achieve better academic results.
One of my key achievements is helping students who once lacked confidence become comfortable and successful learners. I aim to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where every student can grow.

My methodology for teaching French focuses on making learning simple, structured, and effective. I maintain flexibility by designing lessons according to each student’s learning style, pace, and goals, ensuring a personalised and comfortable learning experience. I promote collaboration by encouraging students to actively participate in discussions, speaking practice, and interactive activities that build confidence and communication skills.
I also follow a compassionate teaching approach, creating a positive and motivating environment where students feel supported. In addition to French, I also teach grammar fundamentals, vocabulary development, pronunciation, listening skills, reading comprehension, and writing skills. I also introduce cultural elements to help students understand the language more deeply and use it effectively.
