About Diksha
I am a dedicated and experienced English Language Trainer and Counselor with eight years of professional experience in IELTS, PTE, and Spoken English training. Over the years, I have worked with students from diverse educational backgrounds and learning levels, helping them improve their English proficiency, communication skills, confidence, and overall personality.
As an IELTS and PTE Trainer, I focus on developing all four language skills—Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking—while also providing students with practical strategies, personalized feedback, and regular assessments to help them achieve their desired scores.
As a Spoken English Trainer, I help students overcome hesitation and fear of making mistakes. I create a supportive classroom environment where students are encouraged to speak, participate, ask questions, and express their ideas confidently. My objective is not merely to teach grammar and vocabulary, but to help learners use English naturally and effectively in their academic, professional, and everyday lives.
What makes my approach different is the combination of teaching and counseling. I understand that every student has different abilities, learning speeds, challenges, and ambitions. Therefore, I adapt my teaching and guidance accordingly rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
My ultimate aim is to empower students with the language skills, confidence, knowledge, and direction they need to achieve their academic and career goals.

I pay close attention to the individual needs and learning abilities of each student and focus on helping them understand concepts rather than simply completing the syllabus. My teaching approach is student-centred, interactive, and practical, with a strong emphasis on building confidence, fluency, and effective communication skills.
I use audio-visual aids, real-life examples, role plays, group discussions, and situation-based activities to make learning engaging and meaningful. I also incorporate practical speaking sessions and personalized feedback to help students identify their weaknesses and work on them effectively. Rather than relying solely on theoretical learning, I create a supportive and interactive classroom where students can use English in real-life situations.
