About Matt
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science/ Bachelor of Business (Sport Management) at Deakin University in Burwood. I am extremely passionate about physical education, fitness and strength and conditioning and enjoy sharing my knowledge on the subject. My teaching method involves both theoretical and practical components, as I believe a strong theoretical understanding in the subject is vital, however useless without the ability to apply it in a practical setting. I try to incorporate as many physical demonstrations as possible in my teaching, as in my experience it has helped me understand the concepts of physical education much more easily.
