About Francesca
Choreographic and visual artist, dancer-performer, multidisciplinary in her career, she trained in Multimedia and performing arts (ARBA, Brussels) and in Cinema and media engineering (Polytechnic School, Turin). At first self-taught in dance, theater and singing, she continued her training in international centers. Since 2013, she has offered her own pieces in various dance, performance and video festivals in Europe. Since 2016, she has been conducting continuous research in Sensitive Dance with Claude Coldy and collaborating with various choreographers. In my workshops, the intention is to enter the body through a sensitive approach that opens up space and time to sensory self-awareness. The axes are listening, breathing, fluidity, the relationship to oneself in space and to the other during a group. I alternate working on the ground to deposit the weight of the body, feel gravity, use the earth as a partner and energy resource with the verticalization of the body and its spatialization by the awareness of the peripheries of the body (arms, legs, head) and at the same time the opening of the gaze, the awakening of hearing and touch. If possible, I favor work by touch as a vehicle to release tensions, reveal the imagination and multiply the possibilities of movement. Improvisation times combine with instant composition practices. NB: I offer one hour Qi-gong lessons on the "PengQiGuanDingFa" practice.
