About Demi
With a background as a professional dancer, I have been dedicated to Pilates from a young age. Following knee surgery, I developed a deeper connection to the practice and discovered the power of intelligent movement in building strength, confidence, and resilience. I specialise in creative, fluid class flows. Utilising a strong technical eye, I deliver empowering, purposeful sessions with a focus on individual guidance tailored strictly to the body in front of me.
As a certified Perinatal Specialist and a Tutor & Assessor for new instructors in a Pilates Academy, I combine industry-level knowledge with a warm, encouraging approach. My goal is to help every client move well, feel strong, and celebrate progress over perfection.

I teach true Pilates designed to adapt to your unique anatomy, not the other way around. As an intuitive instructor with a background in professional dance and rehabilitation, I use a strong technical eye to spot imbalances and offer precise individual corrections. My methodology blends creative, fluid flows with intentional, science-backed movement to ensure you progress safely and effectively.
Every session is entirely bespoke and tailored around your specific daily energy, body type, and personal goals. We start by discussing what your body needs on the day, whether that is building core power, improving posture, or rehabilitating an injury.
Duration options: Flexible sessions of 30, 45, or 60 minutes to fit your lifestyle.
I teach to a range of fitness levels, abilities, and age groups.
Specialties: Beginners looking for a safe start, pre/postnatal clients requiring expert care, and individuals recovering from injuries.
