About Radu
I'm acrobatic dancer, having worked all over the world, in circuses, cabarets, ... Following my job that requires a lot of physical effort, and following the blesures accumulate, I decided to do pilates training to relieve back pain (herniated disk and tons of vertebrae). As this methode of pilates is practically magical, it relieves any backache and other benefits, I share with you this methode of well-being.

First of all we will offer you a detailed postural assessment, to see with you your expectations your abilities, your different pathologies, and we will create a suitable program. We have a pilates studio with machines located at 5 rue du nideck, schiltigheim. You could also call for an appointment at home or at our studio.
