I am a passionate teacher focused on movement as a form of expression and self-discovery. My approach blends structure and creativity, helping you feel both guided and free.

My teaching style is calm, intuitive, and encouraging. I create a space where you feel comfortable to explore, express yourself, and grow artistically and personally.
