I am a dedicated NASM and The Body Method Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in VXN Workout dance fitness. Combining my academic background in psychology with my passion for empowering women, I find immense fulfillment in guiding towards enhanced physical and mental well-being through the art of dancing & fitness training. Devoted to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle, I believe in the transformative power it has on one's life.
