About Anastasia

I am working as a sports coach and pole dance, fitness and dance coach for 5 years. I am the winner of several Russian competitions. I have 17 years of dance experience and considerable experience in muscle training and stretching. Currently I am dedicated to aerial gymnastics, dance and sports training.

About the lesson

I will introduce you to reggaeton (dance), online. We will strengthen your muscles, empower your body and increase your ability to control all your body movements. Classes will include a mandatory warm-up, various dance elements and stretching at the end of class.

I am a graduate of dance courses REGGAETON. Ready to teach you to dance better, to love music and dance

I'm happy I met you! In my gymnastics class, Anastasia noticed that my back had an irregular curve and advised me to see a doctor. I took her advice. Turns out I had a pinched spine! Now I have no problems. Now I'm continuing to train with you and I'm working out at home according to your recommendations! I'm really happy and now I'm getting extra massage.
