About the lesson

At the first meeting, I take an introduction class according to the student to observe what his/her capability is as a learner or how much he/she is capable of doing physical activity, because dance is an art which is totally related to physical activity. After that, we start teaching him/her some basic dance moves according to body language. We also teach some exercises which help students to gain grace in dancing and become physically strong.
