About Rajeev

I am a learner, Nature is my University, the knowledge i acknowledged from Nature and Djungle life and through traveling. I share these valuable informations to enlighten or awaken the other mankind. Entire life is a learning process and this should lead the life much better to understand and achieve the absolute freedom and peace and lead mentally & physically a healthy life.

About the lesson

Meditation is an Art.

Every disciple is unique, according to disciples nature, meditation programs will be customised and guided. This program has few stages and steps, a clear introduction will be conducted. Learners better please try to separate 60mnts per day for an average 7 days atleast.(hours may vary according to individuas). To learn this art time and patience is very important. Along with Meditation councilling and mindfulness informations will be provided if required at anytime.
