About Serannya

I bring more than six years of experience working in high-volume customer service and contact-center environments, including healthcare member support and quality-focused responsibilities. My work has required clear, professional communication with people who may be confused, frustrated, anxious, or dealing with complicated situations.
Throughout my career, I have developed practical skills in active listening, de-escalation, explaining complex information in understandable terms, maintaining call control, documenting conversations accurately, and communicating professionally under pressure. I have also reviewed customer interactions, participated in quality calibration sessions, identified opportunities for improvement, and provided constructive feedback.
I understand that confident professional communication does not mean having a perfect speaking voice or memorizing a script. It means learning how to listen, organize your thoughts, communicate clearly, adjust your approach to the person and situation, and remain professional when conversations become challenging.
My coaching style is patient, practical, and supportive. I want students to leave our sessions with communication techniques they can actually use in real workplace situations.

About the lesson

My lessons focus on helping you communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in workplace and customer-facing situations. We can work on professional phone communication, speaking with confidence, active listening, tone of voice, explaining information clearly, handling difficult conversations, conflict management, and staying composed under pressure.
Sessions are practical and tailored to situations you are likely to encounter at work. We may practice telephone conversations, customer interactions, conversations with coworkers or supervisors, responding to frustrated customers, explaining complicated information, or finding professional ways to handle uncomfortable situations.
I use realistic role-play and constructive feedback to help you identify what is working and where your communication can be strengthened. The goal is not to make you sound scripted. It is to help you develop a professional communication style that feels natural, confident, and appropriate for the situation.
These lessons are ideal for people entering customer service or office work, beginning a remote position, preparing for a phone-based role, or anyone who wants to become more comfortable and effective when communicating professionally.
