About Débora
I am graduated in Law and I am taking a post in Business Management, working in the area of business / commercial intelligence and English study. With this I have already noted that I am interested in various topics and I like to learn more, always. In high school, I have always been very good at writing, because I have a genuine passion for writing. I was always well evaluated when I underwent a test I needed to write. So, in my free time, it's one of my favorite activities, even for a while it was a "job", since, knowing this, some of my teachers gave me several tests with essays to correct. For a year, I taught Philosophy in college, so I added some more skills and motivations: reading, writing, teaching. In my English room, for example, there is an 83-year-old lady, she naturally has some difficulties in learning the language, so we meet a few times for her to teach. It is very enriching. Today, despite working in another area, I have worked to be closer every day to classrooms and people of all ages that I can help learn.

I really believe in the methodology of constructivism, which deconstructs the traditional model of knowledge transmission in a single way, from the teacher to the student, and replaces it with a student construction of knowledge through interactive activities and formulations of hypotheses. Students should actively participate in learning by engaging in discussion and asking questions. I believe that knowledge is something that is built together and that dialogue must be open. Discussions are important so that we come across different points of view and thus grow, are essential for us to think and for us to be more judgmental in our analysis on any subject.
