About Cassandra

I am an eighteen year old student who is studying at Hult international Business School in London. I am passionate about my country and love my language. I know that French is a very difficult language and many people struggle learning it. For example, my boyfriend is currently learning French though Duolingo and I feel like the app is very restricted. As a student, I am looking to male extra money by teaching my mother tongue. I love seeing my students progressing.
I am passionate about books and sports. I love traveling and discovering new people. I am currently in my first year of university. As an international student, I am very open and growth minded.
My goal as a French teacher is to help students gaining confidence and falling in love with French.

About the lesson

-I usually divide my lessons into 4 parts : first we are learning ten vocabulary words of French (according to the level of my students). We move to reading part to improve pronunciation and be more comfortable with French. Then, we start the listening part to have a better oral understanding and understand the French accent. Finally, we create little sentences or stories in French to practice the spelling and the writing.
There will be special lessons dedicated to grammar and conjugation.
-Lessons will be between 1h and 1h30 per week and per students. If students require more lessons per week, it is possible as well.
-I have been speaking French my entire life and I started giving French lessons last year to children between 5 and 10 years old. Since French is my mother tongue and I am totally fluent in English, I am an active teacher and love teaching my language.
-I taught mostly to beginners who were children but I am able to teach to a further language as well.
