My teaching is very structured and organised. My lesson would be based upon learning positive habits and remaining positive on any situation you may find yourself in; they will include activities, dealing with thoughts, dealing with life situations that may bring you down. The goal would be to learn to remain positive no matter what situation you find yourself in.
