My approach in tutoring is kind of hybrid; personal and institutionalized. I'm keen to initially assess the capability of my student to ensure that the lessons will be absorbed according to their capability. For I believe that students have various ways to absorb lessons and a good tutor should be able to identify the learning skills of their students to fully deliver learning modules effectively.
